Reply Letters to Authorities

During the daily business operation, non-compliance with legislation issues might emerge, resulting from complaints or formal inspections.

After the on-site inspection, the corresponding investigative authorities (Occupational Risk Prevention Centers, aka KEPEK) conduct Compliance Reports where violations and deficiencies found in the facility are documented, and employer’s response is requested, or compliance actions are indicated. Depending on each case, the on-site investigation might result in fining as defined by legislation.

Conduction of Reply Letters requires technical and legal documentation.

Biosafety undertakes the preparation plan for reply letters that are requested by corresponding authorities, after the Compliance Reports issuing to the business.
